No.6!
Anhydre laughed out when Coi said he would like to call the panther-man No.6… It was a good idea to have one nickname for each period of “Behekine” anyway.
Waiting for the panther-man’s hand, she looked up at him and… his palm and him and his palm… Until Coi tried to withdrew his hand but be taken back by Itchy did she realize why, it was she that didn’t think about the problem…
Anhydre let out “oh…” when Itchy gave out its.
When the panther-man gave them a warning reminder, Anhydre started to kick sand with her feet to bury them up without a reason… Probably, she knew the reason: to distract herself from the sense of guilty. She didn’t want to recall what the hell happened yesterday, not at all. Everything came so quick, went through so cruel… Every scene was so vivid but so unbearable. Every second, nothing occupied her mind but “kill” someone who called Behekine… Only a will to kill!
Were it not for the panther-man’s mercy, Coi and she might have been cut into pieces and buried beneath the button of sea by someone else, and farewalled to the whole world, rather to the panther-man.
The time when the panther-man stood up slowly, Anhydre plug her feet up and raised a small yellow storm but lose balance and nearly stumbled into the sand ground as he said “keep herself together”. It was really annoy of him for his concerning every time… words tickled her ears uncomfortably.
Anhydre was in the pouts when he was about to take off, kicking the sand mindless… she didn’t want to say good-bye… not the words, not to him… However, when Coi’s “bye” came up, she choked with air inside her body… cry? by waving at those five on his back…
As he walked a little distant from them, Anhydre rushed forward several steps and shouted, or to say, scream with her whole energy, staring at them:
“GOOD BYE. ONCE FOE THE ONE I OWED YOU LAST TIME, OLD ONE.
GOOD BYE. TWICE FOR TODAY, PANTHER-MAN AND THE FIVE!”
"screeeeeeeeeeeeee..."
After seeing them off and cooling herself down, she walked back to Coi…
“And thank you too. Sorry too.”
Anhydre laughed:
“Nice to meet you, 13 boy.”
Coi smiled in surprise and said: “Yeah, you too, 13 girl”
Then, he pointed the way behind, which was opposite to the panther-man’s direction: This way?
Anhydre replied without a second thought:
“There is another way, sir!”
She stretched out her hands and faded one of her fingers out with wind… came back in a second.
“You’re an interesting one, you know that?”
Anhydre rolled her eyes at him:
“Less interesting than a dragon!”, and turned him around, pushing him forward:
“I’ll see you off! Controller!” she blinked trickly.
“Haha….ok, okay, bye-bye sand-girl!”
“Bye-bye”
Coi’s figure grew smaller and smaller.
Loneness loaded on her…
Anhydre loosed herself and whispered to the wind…silently...
The months ago, they left in danger…
That day before, they left in hatred…
That day, they left in peace…

The five summons on Behekine's back kept waving to the childs even after they were out of sight, behind the cliffs as the Demon walked on the beach. He wasn't fond of long goodbyes, even if his summons seemed to have fun mimicking the sand-girl's gesture of waving.
He wasn't sure of how he felt about the past two days. A lot had happened in so few heartbeats.
Even if the two childs seemed somewhat redeemed of their recklesness, the consequences were still there. Still, the masked-man was gone, thanks to them, so at least some good could be retrieved from that. The truth, too, was found about both the sand-girl and Coï.
Things were kinda balanced in the end, even if he still had the bitter taste of the shantytown in ruins on his tongue...
Maybe it was just fatigue.
Behekine's pace was a slow one, his breaths coming out of his mouth in audible and tired huffs. This seemed to attract the attention of his "boys" :
- Screeeee ?
- Yes, I am tired. And hungry too. Do you five even need to sleep or eat ? Or are you like I once was ?
Their silent answer said it all : they didn't know.
Neither did Behekine, for that matter. Still, he opened his mind and showed them what eating and sleeping meant.
He got some regrets soon after, when they got excited at the prospect of trying these new things as fast as possible, jumping on his back and chirping like hungry baby birds.
- I won't try to hunt in these parts. Food here is scarce and not really palatable. Let us go to Eaque first...
He was tired, but the teleportation spell had the benefit of being one he could do no matter what. It just took him longer the more tired he was, but since it wasn't a life-or-death situation anymore, he could work at peace.
Peace was maybe a strong word though, for he had five overexcited summons on his back right now - even Bob was tapping on his skull in rythm with his siblings's chirps - but Behekine managed.
In a flash, the Demon turned monster disappeared from the beach, the sudden air mouvement creating a small whirl of sand.
The waves were coming back and forth.

Le vrai souci en vérité...
Ce sont les boules de poils.
